Bio

Background

WB Arnaud writes literary fiction that blends magical realism with close observation of human frailty and resilience. His debut novella, Parapluie: A Fable, follows an enchanted umbrella through seven lives in Belle Époque Paris—a meditation on memory, weather, and the objects that witness our transformations.

His creative nonfiction explores place, consequence, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. Based in Key West, he writes about the spaces where whimsy meets gravity.
